Safety Complex: Cardinal Engineering provided the design of entrance and exit roads, parking areas and site drainage for a new firehouse and ambulance station on the Storrs campus of the University of Connecticut.

Parking Facilities: This project provided much needed parking facilities and associated site improvements for more than 500 vehicles in two locations on the Storrs campus.

Campus Sanitary Sewer Lines: Cardinal provided surveying and engineering services for the installation of several thousand feet of sanitary sewer lines on the Storrs campus.

Southern Connecticut State University

Parking Lots & Athletic Facilities: This project provided much needed parking facilities for more than 1,000 vehicles in separate areas scattered throughout the campus. This project included the landscaping of the area fronting the student union building, and the construction of ten all-weather tennis courts with lighting for night use.

Speech Building - Site Design, Entrance Road: Design, contract administration, and resident engineering services included required for site improvements and the construction of an entrance road, drainage, sidewalks, and other amenities for the new Speech Building on Crescent Street.
