Residential Site Planning Project Lake Whitney Glen - Hamden, CT
Lake Whitney Glen is a planned residential community consisting of over 100 townhouse condominiums, on 60 acres of industrial land adjacent to Lake Whitney, a public water supply reservoir. Cardinal was responsible for site planning and design of all roadways, parking lots and utilities including sanitary sewer, storm drainage, water, and underground power and telephone. Cardinal was responsible for obtaining the environmental permits for this project. A multi-bay detention basin was constructed to protect the water quality in Lake Whitney and to eliminate any increase in peak runoff as a result of this development
