Residential Site Planning Project Sound View Estates - Hamden, CT
This project involved land surveying, site planning and design for a condominium complex consisting of 50 townhouses and 20 single family houses. Cardinal was responsible for site planning and design of all roadways and utilities including sanitary sewer, storm drainage, water, and underground power and telephone. As this project is located in the Coastal Area Management Zone, a coastal management certification was required.
