Residential Site Planning Project Sterling Village - Meriden, CT
Sterling Village is a planned residential community consisting of over 300 townhouses and apartments located on 100-acres in South Meriden. Recreation areas including picnic areas, walking paths, tennis and basketball courts and a community pool with clubhouse were included in this development. Cardinal Engineering provided all surveying and civil engineering services for this project including site planning, design of roadways and parking areas, sanitary sewers, storm drainage and water mains, underground electric and telephone facilities, storm water management, environmental permitting, and construction inspection.
